My journey with yoga began at an early age and gradually developed into a deeper exploration of traditional yoga, philosophy, self-discipline and inner awareness.
Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Sanatan Vedic Dharma, I have continued to study and practice different dimensions of yoga — from Asana, Pranayama and Shatkarma to Meditation and the philosophical teachings of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita.
My approach is to bring the depth of traditional yoga into a practical and accessible learning experience for modern students, while respecting the authentic roots and philosophy of the tradition.

My journey with yoga began long before I started teaching it professionally.
Since childhood, I was deeply influenced by the spiritual and philosophical traditions of Sanatan Vedic Dharma. My grandfather and father regularly studied and recited the Bhagavad Gita, and their dedication introduced me to the importance of discipline, self-reflection and spiritual knowledge from an early age.
My fascination with yoga began around the fifth grade. What started as curiosity gradually became a deeper interest in the relationship between the body, breath, mind and inner awareness.
By the seventh grade, I had begun exploring the traditional Shatkarma practices. This early exposure encouraged me to look beyond physical postures and understand yoga as a broader system of purification, discipline and self-awareness.
The study of Patanjali Yoga Darshan became an important turning point in my journey. It opened a deeper perspective on the philosophy, psychology and disciplined path of Yoga.
Over the years, my personal practice gradually developed into teaching. I began conducting yoga sessions for students both online and offline, adapting traditional practices to different people, lifestyles and levels of experience.
My learning continues through the study of Yoga Darshan, Bhagavad Gita, Nyaya Darshan and other traditional knowledge systems. I have also continued my studies under the guidance of respected teachers and scholars.
For me, Yoga is not limited to physical postures. It is a multidimensional tradition that works with the body, breath, mind, awareness, discipline and understanding.
My teaching is inspired by the traditional foundations of Yoga while remaining practical for the needs of modern students.
I believe that authentic yoga should be approached with respect for its roots, while its practices can be presented in a clear and accessible way for people from different cultures and backgrounds.
My intention is to help students develop a practice that goes beyond exercise and gradually becomes a meaningful part of their daily life.
My teaching incorporates different dimensions of Yoga according to the student's goals, experience and needs.
Traditional and structured yoga practices with attention to movement, breath, awareness and discipline.
Study and practical exploration inspired by the philosophical framework of Patanjali Yoga Darshan.
Traditional breathing practices and breath awareness taught progressively and appropriately.
Guided practices for awareness, concentration, stillness and developing a consistent meditation routine.
Traditional physical practices that can support strength, mobility, balance and body awareness.
Guided deep relaxation and awareness practices designed to encourage rest and inner awareness.
Traditional yogic cleansing practices approached with appropriate knowledge, progression and safety awareness.
Exploration of classical Yoga philosophy, Bhagavad Gita and traditional Indian philosophical thought.
A continuing study of the philosophical and spiritual knowledge systems that form the broader cultural context of traditional Yoga.
Every student comes with a different body, lifestyle, experience and intention. I therefore believe that teaching should be personal rather than one-size-fits-all.
My approach combines traditional knowledge with clear instructions and progressive practice so that students can understand not only how to practice, but also why they are practicing.
My goal is not simply to teach a collection of yoga poses. I want students to gradually understand the relationship between movement, breath, awareness, discipline and inner wellbeing.
